Drake Takes Fans Inside His Lavish Renovated Jet

Drake, known for living large, recently delighted fans with a virtual tour of his newly upgraded private jet. The musician first acquired the Boeing 767 in 2019, but this isn’t just any plane—it’s undergone a spectacular transformation, costing a cool $185 million.

In a video showing off his luxurious ride, Drake shared his initial awe when he first got the plane. He said, “When I first got my plane, I was in this hangar. It’s, like, probably one of the craziest moments of my life.” He further mentioned an assurance from someone named AJ about having ‘the biggest jet in the game.’

Drake’s virtual showcase featured the jet’s stunning interiors, including bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a posh living room area, a gambling section, and even an onboard cinema. While the plane can accommodate 30 people, it resembles more of a flying hotel than a typical private jet.

The rapper previously endured some friendly teasing from Rick Ross over the state of his plane. On Instagram, Ross joked, “Do they even have WiFi on that cargo plane?” despite their seemingly competitive banter, Ross also owns a private jet, the Gulfstream G550, and shared his own jet-setting journey alongside Drake’s tale.

Ross explained his decision to buy the G550, citing a strategic move to boost his wealth. He emphasized the importance of time, saying, “Time being much more valuable, time meaning much more to me,” reflecting how these hip-hop moguls view their aircraft as investments aligning with their fast-paced lifestyles.

Drake’s extravagant airborne abode offers more than just a means of travel; it’s a statement of luxury and ambition. In the high-flying world of hip-hop, these jets symbolize not only success but also the artists’ drive to keep soaring higher.
