We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s the deal on refunds and returns:
- You have 30 days: If 30 days have passed since you bought the item, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
- Keep it fresh: The item has to be unused and in the same condition you received it – original packaging and all.
- Some items are non-returnable: Stuff like food, flowers, magazines, or anything personal or hazardous can’t be returned. Also, no returns on gift cards, downloadable software, or certain health and personal care items.
- Proof of purchase: We need a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Partial Refunds:
Sometimes we can only offer partial refunds. This includes things like:
- Clothing and Apparel with obvious signs of wear and tear.
- Any item that’s not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (unless it was our mistake).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
The Refund Process:
- Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll email you to let you know if the refund is approved.
- If all’s good, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Missing refund?
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – sometimes it takes a few days for the refund to show up.
- If you’ve done all that and still no refund, hit us up at media @ beats-rhymes-lists.com.
Sale Items: Sorry, no refunds on sale items.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at media @ beats-rhymes-lists.com and send your item to the returns address supplied on your invoice and/or packing slip.
Gifts
- Gift marked at purchase? You’ll get a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or shipped to the gift giver, then they get the refund.
Shipping Returns:
- You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs ain’t refundable.
- Play it safe – consider using trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items.
